The International Women’s 5K is a “One-of-a-Kind” experience created for you, by women like you! We believe that all women should feel empowered by one another and wanted to create an opportunity to show you what we are capable of when we come together.

Choose how you want to celebrate—register as an individual or team up with someone special in our new Duo Division! Register as a two-person team and complete the race together—or each at your own pace. Your official Duo Time will be determined by combining both partners’ finish times for one team result.
