For runners, typically, the summer months represent the ‘off season’ … But for those that wish to continue putting in the miles, we have a series just for you! The Summer Dash themes are designed to keep you cool with refreshing lemonade, popsicles, and ice-cold watermelon.

Choose to run just one or challenge yourself to beat the summer heat by completing in all three! Want to make your friends jealous? Runners who complete ALL 3 events will earn a Summer Dash Series medal!
